Meeting called to order at 6:15 p.m. by President, Dave Root, at Allegan Pizza Parlor.
Attendance: Dave Root, Teresa Creech, Bill Creech, Kim Hays, Missy Root, Lori
Drozd
Secretary’s report was presented by Teresa Creech. The minutes from the May 7th
meeting were presented. A motion was made by Missy Root to accept the minutes as
presented. Seconded by Kim Hays; motion carried.
Tryouts were discussed. D. Root and M. Root will do most of the organizing for the
tryouts. More volunteers will be needed. All present will do their best to recruit help
for the two Tryout dates.
A tournament was proposed by M. /D. / Root for August 24, 25, 26. It was said that an
email would be distributed in a week or so to follow up.
It was presented by Lori Drozd that we could bond the entire board for the price of just
one person. It was decided to go ahead with the bonding of the entire board. A
discussion was had that L. Drozd, T. Creech, and D. Root would find a time to go to
National City together to sign the signature card for the bank account.
The next board meeting will be Monday, July 9, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. at the Pizza Parlor.
The secretary had to leave early to attend a Band Boosters. The adjournment of the
meeting was not recorded.
